NOTES
Additional Information:Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research.

2010: Constructed in the Contemporary-style, this three-story apartment building is sheathed with large brick. The flat roof features a low-rise projecting sawtooth overhang. The main (southeast) elevation is divided into nine bays created by three-dimensional diamond-shaped piers. The central bay carries the main entrance and is covered with stucco, while the other bays on each level are pierced by pairs of replacement, double-hung sashes. A ramp provides access to the basement-level garage.

Designed by Donald Forbes, the Poolside East Apartment Building was constructed in 1962 and originally contained 65 units. It is now known as The Argyle.
