Additional Information: | Previously surveyed in 1986 with map code 255/23. No map name given. Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research. 2010: This one-story, astylistic commercial building is sheathed with brick and carries elements of a commercial garage. Ell-shaped, the building features a parking area that provides access to a pair of garage doors in a wing set near the rear of the property. The main block features a canted corner main entrance and a trio of large openings outfitted with modern plate-glass windows. The building is devoid of any other significant ornamentation. Built in 1954, this building in 1962 was home to an Eastman Kodak store. |
