Like the larger garage to the north, this building is clad with large expanses of brick and corrugated metal paneling. The primary façade features rounded corners and a central large overhead garage door with metal cornice above. A pedestrian door and a band of second-story aluminum windows is located to the east. A one-story addition to the eastern elevation consists of multiple garage bays separated by brick piers, beneath a wide metal cornice.
