Additional Information:2016 - resurveyed, replacement doors and windows. Property has a stepped parapet, stone sills and accents, and a central oversize door.

2020 - The one-story industrial building was constructed of red brick with cast stone detailing. A stepped parapet with stone coping fronts the flat roof behind. The primary elevation is symmetrically arranged and faces west, with a central overhead garage door flanked by a pedestrian door and two tri-partite with stone sills to the north, and a pedestrian door with a bay of two aluminum replacement windows to the south. Shorter than the tri-partite windows to the north, the southern windows are capped by a brown brick infill panel with cream brick detailing. Transoms above the pedestrian doors have been filled in with metal panels. In the parapet above, the building’s painted signage is punctuated by triangular cast-stone markers.
