DORIC COLUMNS. GABLETS FLANKING BALCONY GABLE. Map code originally CT #/#; the CT presumably meant city and was stripped off. Thomas was a foreman at the J.I. Case Company. He was brother to Richard B. Howell, one of Racine's most prominent Welsh citizens. Thomas and Kathy remained in the house until the early 1920s. During the 1930s, the house was split into a multi-family residence. In 1978, James and Lindy Metz purchased the house and renovated it. |
