VAN ARSDALE WAS A MANUFACTURER OF SADDLERY HARDWARE AND OTHER HARDWARE SPECIALTIES. HIS FAMILY LIVED IN THE HOUSE UNTIL 1933. THE CURTY'S BOUGHT THE HOUSE IN 1968.
