NOTES
Additional Information:This is one of a series of similar houses built over a twenty year period within the village. By popular tradition, these houses are attributed to a Russian-born carpenter, John Zarske. Zarske arrived in the United States in 1893. He first rented a house in the Town of Excelsior and later owned a house in the village. He was born in 1860 and died in 1943.
