Constructed of brick and terra cotta with a restrained Neoclassical composition, this structure is an important architectural contribution to the otherwise deteriorated 700 block of N. 3rd St. It is also part of a body of work by the well known Chicago architectural firm of Holabird and Roche, who also designed the Hotel Wisconsin to the south. |
