Additional Information: This three-story cream brick structure has a corner turret, bay windows, brick corbeling and a molded cornice. The storefront has been modernized. In 1895 the building was used as a Schlitz Brewing Company saloon and lunchroom. Chas Kirchoff was the architect of 9' x 32' addition .
