| Additional Information: | Original estimated cost was $14,000. Standard Oil Co. was the original owner. 2016 - Infilled windows, one of two bay doors converted into entryway, metal panels added to facade, now a private event space. 2020 - Originally constructed of red brick, the western portion of the building has been painted. A two-story block at the northwest corner of the structure contains a pedestrian entrance and six-over-six double hung replacement windows atop painted stone sills. These openings have been recently uncovered. A garage bay to the south of the two-story block contains two large garage door openings, which have been infilled with aluminum windows and an entryway. Two window openings south of the garage bays, once filled-in, have been recently uncovered, and contain aluminum replacements. A one-story block east of the two-story portion is constructed of unpainted brick with a smokestack on the eastern elevation. |
