NOTES
Additional Information:This one-story, frame warehouse rests on what appear to be concrete footings and sheathed with clapboard. It is topped with a gabled roof that is further surmounted by a gabled monitor roof with regularly placed square windows. A flat-roofed addition with board siding extends from the building’s west side, while the east side of the structure is comprised of a continuous series of sliding-track doors. An overheard garage door is located along the building’s south elevation, as well as a human-scale doorway that is topped with a gabled overhang.

This structure was built circa 1920 as a warehouse for the James Lumber Company. By the mid-to-late 1950s, the company was known as the Durand Lumber Company. By no later than 1972, the facility was utilized as the warehouse for the Advance Plumbing Company.
