Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the State Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. Building is substantially altered from original design. The building was sold from Felix & Feiga Bandos to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee in 1980 and then razed a year later as part of an urban renewal project. The parcel was vacant until 2005 when it was bought by Mike & Juli Kaufmann, who built a single family home + detached garage on the land in 2005-2006.
