Additional Information:Wooden, bracketed cornices centered between brick pilasters adorned with capitals which are carved with acanthus leaves. A wide, plain, brick frieze which says "Bakery" accents the storefront. The original display windows rest on historic-period builkheads. The entry has a modern door with original sidelights and large transom. The ceiling in the recessed area has pressed tin.

Severt Lillesand operated a grocery store here around 1902 until at least the late 1920s. Edwin Swain began a bakery here in the 1930s until the late 1950s.
