Additional Information:Builder was H. Schmidt. An 1979 survey listed the address to be 1766-1770 North Astor. Additionally, the survey listed 1890 as the date of construction. Lastly, Henry D. Johnson is noted as the original owner (1890). Excellent example of an extremely unusual form of double-double flat with integrity of form and appearance. Designed by one of Milwaukee's leading architectural firms.
