Additional Information: | This ca. 1912 two-story house has been extensively remodeled on the exterior. The house may be the work of August Pyfferoen, a local builder, who owned a nearly identical house across the street at 104 Smythe Street (AHI ). While more elaborate in its footprint, the house also bears similarities to houses in the village attributed to John (Ivan) Zarske. |
