1973: "The work of distinguished local architectural firm, this is a handsome and imposing row house block which surely ranks among the outstanding 19th century buildings of this type remaining in Milwaukee. It stands in the Mt. Sinai NDP Area and was included in the historic buildings survey conducted in this neighborhood in the summer of 1973.

There have been no important alterations to the exterior. (As of 1973)"
