Additional Information: Locally designated: 11/12/85. Galke & Heideman was the builder. Good example of unusual form of small brick apartment building. Note unusual recessed semicircular arched entrance contrast with 4-33-9a. Ornate two story rectangular brick apartment building. Recessed semicircular arched entrance. Above it an oval window and pediment on the roof. Brackets along hipped roofline. String course along first level. Some windows in applied arches. Second story bay windows on side facade.
