Additional Information:4423 N. 25th Street is a Model 6D with a reverse floor plan. Model 6D is "..a two-story, side gabled, side-entry cottage. The first story of the main elevation facing the street features a grouping of three sash windows surmounted with a Palladiain-like, semicircular wooden moulding. The seond story features two regularly-spaced bays of paired, double-hung windows. The main entry, located on the front half of the side elevation features a porch ..whose roof rests on groupings of three square wooden posts at each outside corner, and whose railing is composed of simple, rectangular wooden balusters.. The entry is balanced by a single double-hung window on the rear half of the elevation. Fenestration on the second floor consists of two, regularly-spaced double-hung windows. The other elevations are simply composed and feature randomly-placed windows that respond to interior needs." "The exterior is aluminum-sided, and the side porch is an enclosed replacement for the original one." (A).
