| Additional Information: | 2020: This two-story Minimal Traditional house was constructed c.1920. It displays stone veneer cladding and has a side-gable roof covered in asphalt singles with a brick chimney mounted on the side (south) elevation. Windows are one-over-one, double-hung replacement sash that display stone veneer sashes with keystones and brick header sills. The front (west) facade also features an off-center entrance; the doorway has a decorative brick surround and a stone and brick railing is mounted on the front stoop. The house also has a modern rear addition and large, attached, c.1950 frame garage with two glazed overhead garage bay doors that faces Davis Street along the south elevation. |
