This very large Craftsman Style Bungalow is one of the two finest examples of the style in Lodi and was built as the home of Lodi real estate dealer George Holborn in 1915. The cobblestone retaining wall in front of the property was built the year before the house. There is also a garage that was built at approximately 1915. (See AHI# 151141.) The house, garage and the retaining wall are in excellent, totally intact condition.
