NOTES
Additional Information:At one time Vincenzo Romano, a musician, lived here. He was born in Calabria, Italy and came to Milwaukee in 1894. He was a director and organizer of bands, such as the T.M.E.R. and L. Co. Band, and orchestras. He was a composer for the piano and in 1944 was made a professor at the Wisconsin College of Music. Rocco DeLorenzo taught him the violin. Romano also played the guitar and accordian. This structure is representative of 1920s apartment buildings designed with Mediterranean Revival elements.
