Additional Information:This two-story, gabled ell residence rises from a stone foundation and is completely sheathed with board siding. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles. The building is essentially cruciform, with a one-story rear extension. A one-story, shed roof porch occupies the longitudinal wing.

The structure belonged first to farmer E.B. Parsons and then farmers Anthony and Dolly Marchant, by at least 1910.
