Additional Information:The photo codes are short for 10-31/8, 10-31/9, 10-31/10. 1427-1429 N. 31st Street was built by John Klaeser; 1431 was built by Frank Hunholz; 1435 had no main building permit; and 1439 was built by Wiliam Graf. This series of structures is an excellent example of cottages built in the late 20th century. Individuals associated with these buildings include J. Foster (at 1427-1429) in 1896, Henrietta Loose (at 1431) in 1894 and William Graf (at 1439) in 1896.
