Additional Information:RIBBON WINDOWS. LAKE ORIENTATION. BUILT BY ROBERT ALBERT. The Silver's lived here at least until 1966. 2008- 2-story, frame, hip roof, irregular plan house with combination of wood and brick veneer. Banded windows on upper and lower levels, some are fixed-over-awning, some are casement. Deep carport with flat roof, brick driveway matches brick in house, integrated planters along facade. 1-story shed roof storage shed at rear of house. Date of construction acquired from city records. Designed for E. Adrian Silver of the Silver Steel Company. Built out of used paving brick from Racine's Main Street. Porches have been enclosed, and a family room was added in the 1959-1960. Carport built in 1947.
