This series of duplex houses represents a fine example of speculative building as constructed during the period. 1908-1910, 1912-1914, 1916, and 1924-1926 N. 35th Street were built in 1900. 1920-1922, 1928-1930 and 1936 N. 35th Street were built in 1899. 1932 N. 35th Street was built in 1898. (A). Frank Hunholz owned 1908-1910, 1912-1914, 1916, 1920-1922, 1924 and 1928-1930 N. 35th Street and Jac. Hausmann owned 1932-1934 and 1936 N. 35th Street. (B).
