Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Builder was Albert Zahn. Poured concrete walls with cedar block inserts. Albert Zahn was a German immigrant who retired from dairy farming and built this house in 1924. Amateur woodcarver who placed carved birds in the yard. Some of his carvings are on display at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Guggenheim Museum.
