2010: This largely vernacular, four-story apartment building carries restrained elements of the Neoclassical style. Built on a long, narrow lot, the main facade faces north while the western side elevation front N. Van Buren Street. A short brick wall with steps separates the street sidewalk from the small grassy area and sidewalk that serves the main entrance. Fenestration is regularly placed and consists or paired and tripartite arrangements of replacement, one-over-over, double-hung sashes. These window openings are defined by heavy stove lintels and sills, as well as small stone accent blocks at the sides. The plain raised brick parapet is marked with stone coping and is underscored by a simple metal (or wood) raised band.

Designed by Walter F. Neumann, this apartment building was constructed in 1915 by the Raulf Company. It is known as Tacoma Court.
