2017 - This three-story commercial building was constructed c.1910. It has a rectilinear footprint, concrete foundation, brick exterior, and flat roof. Three fenestration bays are regularly spaced across the façade (south elevation) and six identical bays are on the west elevation, the other street-facing side of the building. The north elevation abuts an adjacent building and the east elevation is exposed. The primary entrance is located on the eastern-most bay of the façade. It is glazed and sheltered by a flat metal canopy. Storefront windows on both street-facing elevations are arranged in groups of three and sheltered by fabric awnings. Second- and third-story windows are also arranged in groups of three. Each window is a fixed one-over-one replacement sash with the lower light taller than the upper, and the outer windows of each grouping narrower than the center window. The windows rest on a continuous stone sill that extends the full width of both elevations. The building is topped by a frieze with modest stonework and a simple cornice.
