Additional Information: | Berghammer Corp. was the builder. 2014- "The M&I Bank, now the BMO Harris Bank, is a one-story Contemporary building constructed in 1971 and designed by Brust & Brust. It has an irregular plan, is clad in concrete with plate glass windows walls, and has a flat roof. The roofline has a wide and unadorned cornice. Below the cornice, in regular intervals, are short rectangular concrete extensions that create a dentil-like decorative feature. The first floor has large, fixed glass windows that are separated by rectangular concrete supports. The entrance on the main (southeast) facade is located within a projecting glass box with two glass doors. A drive-up service area under a flat roof is located on the north (rear) elevation." -"W Wisconsin Ave, 20th St-35th St", WisDOT #2190-00-00, Prepared by Mead & Hunt, Inc. (2014). |
