2014- "The Patrician Apartment complex is a pair of apartment buildings with a central courtyard, constructed in 1915 and designed by Martin Tullgren & Sons. Each building is a different plan but both buildings have similar cladding and ornamentation; 2101 West Wisconsin Avenue (AHI No. 113872), the eastern building, has a rectangular plan that is perpendicular to the street. 2111-17 West Wisconsin (AHI No. 113872) has an L-shaped plan. Both are three stories, clad in red brick, and have a flat roof with a decorative parapet. The elevations facing West Wisconsin Avenue are similar, with projecting prominent bays with an arched parapet and three-part windows, some of which have been replaced. Windows are various sizes, but all have one-over-one, double-hung, replacement sash and have limestone surrounds. Elevations facing the grassy courtyard (the west elevation for AHI No. 113872, and east elevation for AHI No. 113871) feature projecting bays with rounded and square pediments, and decorative medallions in the cornice. The entrances are accessed from the grassy central courtyard. 2101 West Wisconsin has one entrance, centered on its west elevation, while 2111-17 West Wisconsin has two evenly spaced on its east elevation. Each entrance projects slightly from the building and has a simple limestone door surround. Windows on the courtyard elevation are a mix of single, paired, and three-part replacements with limestone lintels and sills."
