Additional Information:Neo-Classical Revival heating plant was designed in 1908 during the time that Arthur Peabody was campus architect. Original cost was $105,000. 2021 - Resurveyed. 4-story brick building, basilica-like design, prominent two-tiered front pediment, dentil details under eaves and central pediment, stone arch and keystone details over front entrance, flat arches over 4/4 sash windows. 2022 - Demolished for construction of a new academic building.
