1998-
This farmstead consists of a bank barn (AHI #0114679), a log barn (AHI #0114678), over a dozen outbuildings (AHI #0114681) and a house (this entry). The primary resource is a 2-story gabled farmhouse set on a fieldstone foundation. There have been unspecified modifications to the house.

This farmstead reflects the strong German agricultural tradition of Ozaukee County. Bavarian immigrant Johann Raess was the first of at least three generations of one German-American family whose association with the farmstead began around the the middle of the nineteenth century.
