Additional Information:2025; Not resurveyed as part of the I-794 Lake Interchange Corridor Study due to loss of integrity. The property has undergone several alterations since the last survey date: large skylight added circa 2022; new building skins and façades added circa 2022 which altered the historic appearance. Architectural changes were implemented when property changed hands from Blue Cross-Blue Shield to Milwaukee Tool. An updated photo is provided.
