NOTES
Additional Information:1999- "This two-story, front-gabled frame building was built c. 1910 and has ajerkinhead front gable. The building has asphalt shingle roofing and a brick chimney located at the roof ridge. The building rests on a concrete block foundation. Classical Revival influences are evidenced by the symmetrical facade, the broken pediment and surround of the centrally-located front door, and the sunburst arched window in the third-story gable front. The building is sided in two colors of asphalt shingle siding, with lighter shingles on the lower portion and darker shingles on the upper third of the facade. The front facade has original eight-over-eight double-hung windows on the first floor, and six-over-six double-hung windows on the second story. Metal awnings on first floor windows have been added to the front and side facades. There is a porch addition to the rear of the building.

A one-and-one-half story frame vernacular garage is located behind the building. 10 Built c. 1920, this gabled vernacular structure rests on a rubble stone foundation, has clapboard siding, and corrugated steel roofing. The roof ridge has a finial at the gable end. There is a window in the gable end ofthe south facade. A large bay door has been added to the east facade."
