NOTES
Additional Information:1999- "This front gable two-story frame building was built c. 1910. Historically, the building served as the residence and office for several Allenton doctors. The office was on the east side of the building. The building has undergone many alterations and is currently clad in vinyl siding, has a modern bay "greenhouse" window on the front, and an enclosed side porch located on its east facade. One of the window openings on the east facade is filled with glass block. The roofing is asphalt shingle and windows are modern replacements. The older section of the house rests on a rubble stone foundation and the front porch foundation is cinder block construction. The front concrete stoop has modern metal railings."
