Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Features decorative shinglework and diagonal beadboard siding. Gabled wings project from both the north and south facades of the house. Elaborate wooden gable trim. Exterior alterations include porch replacement and one-story, rear wing. Owned by a number of people until purchased by Floyd and Jessie McKenzie in 1961. The McKenzie's donated the building to the Mukwonago Library and it served in that capacity until 1996.
