This structure is a superb example of a small Dutch Colonial Revival residence. It is in excellent condition and in original condition.

Construction date, 1901. (1)

No main building permit.

The similarity of this residence to its neighbor at 2749 N. Oakland Avenue strongly suggests it was also designed by O.C. Uehling and built in 1901 as company housing by Niels Anton Christensen, general manager of Christensen Engineering Company.

Previously surveyed in 1979 with map code 46/2. Map name was LUQS #315.
