NOTES
Additional Information:The Gmeiner Block is a two story brick building constructed in the commercial vernacular style. It has a simple brick corbeled cornice and a group of windows on the second story decorated with a belt course in place of lintels. The windows are partially enclosed. The first story is remodeled with glass blocks and wood paneling.

The Gmeiner Block is a good example of the commercial vernacular style. It also is a long-time commercial building in Waupaca's downtown.
