NOTES
Additional Information:Tax rolls and Sanborn maps indicate that this house was built circa 1870 as a one-and-one-half story residence. In the 1920s it was enlarged to its present two stories with a facade width porch. Sanborns indicate that this is a remodeling of the earlier building, as the location and footprint of the building remained the same. Eric Perry owned the property from the mid-1860s through at least 1885.

The house lacks architectural integrity and is not known to be associated with a significant person or event.
