Note brick and stucco exterior finish, flared eave boards, segmental triple window in dormer and jerkinhead roof. Construction date, 1922. (1) Resurveyed March 2017; no visible changes. This 2-story Craftsman bungalow was constructed in 1922. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof with exposed rafter ends. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a full-width recessed front porch. The porch features tapered brick piers at the front corners and a brick half wall along the front with a break for a set of concrete steps. Inside the porch is a bank of four 1-over-1 windows and a 3-sided bay that contains the front door and two narrow windows on each side. The house’s front roof slope contains a central dormer with a hipped roof and a bank of three 1-over-1 windows.
