NOTES
Additional Information:The structure's original occupants were Samuel Glicksman (baker) and Charlie Wong (restaurateur). The structure was originally designed to accommodate two stories and two flats, but a $3,000 rear addition constructed later in 1923 expanded the building. By 1934, half of the structure served as a tavern with a dance hall. Throughout the next fifty years, various commercial ventures have occupied the lower level. The upper floors remain residential.
