Additional Information:This one and a half story frame house features a square shaped plan configuration, a stuccoed foundation, horizontal siding, attic story windows and an asphalt shingled gable roof. The building, which is in good condition and which is now being used as a duplex, was owned by Gary S. Schoville in 1982. The residence is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction.
