Additional Information:QUARTER SECTIONS IS APPROXIMATE. OTHER BUILDINGS ON SITE INCLUDE GARAGE. 2023: This one-and-one-half-story, side-gabled house was constructed in 1940. It has a rectilinear footprint, concrete foundation, and is a frame building clad in stucco. The side-gabled roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles and has two, canted roof dormers on the east slope and a full-width dormer on the west slope. A central entrance bay projects from the façade (east elevation); it is topped with a shallow half-hip roof supported by groups of square wood posts. The main entrance, which contains a modern replacement door, has a simple wood surround. The entrance bay is flanked by three-part, wood picture windows with multiple horizontal panes. Additional fenestration includes multi-light wood windows and one-over-one, vinyl replacement windows.
