NOTES
Additional Information:OTHER BUILDINGS ON SITE INCLUDE 5 CABINS, HOUSE/OFFICE. This structure appears to possibly have been built at the same time as the cabins; however, at some unknown later date the second story was added. 2023: The Beach Aire Motel property consists of eight buildings including the office, main motel block, garage, and five paired rental units. The main motel block is a two-story, rectilinear, frame building with a side-gable roof that was constructed in 1964. It has a concrete foundation, replacement siding, and vinyl replacement windows. A balcony separates the first and second stories and is supported by simple metal posts and railings. It is accessible by stairs on the east and west (side) elevations which provide exterior access to the second story units. See associated resources AHI #118673 and 118674
