Additional Information: | OTHER BUILDINGS ON SITE IS A GARAGE. 2023: This two-and-one-half-story, American Foursquare house was constructed in 1918. It is a frame building with stucco siding, a rectilinear footprint, and hip roof with a flat center. The main entrance occupies the west half of the façade and is contained within an enclosed porch that has a three-part, multi-light door and one-over-one replacement windows. The porch is adjacent to a first-floor room, and both are topped with a half-hip roof that spans the width of the façade between the first and second stories. The roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles and features a central dormer on the west slope. Windows are primarily one-over-one, vinyl replacement sashes with smooth sills. |
