NOTES
Additional Information:The house has a one and one-half story main block with a one-story south ell and a one-story shed-roofed addition along the north wall. The house is covered with clapboards. An ell porch covers the south ell.

Alone, this house would not be architecturally or historically significant, but with the other buildings of the farmstead, it represents the early agricultural development of the Town of Jefferson. The house has been vacant for several years, and has a high degree of integrity, although it is in poor condition.
