Additional Information: | City of New Berlin Assessor records indicate that the house andgarage were built 1935 and 1956 respectively. 2000- one-and-a-half-story side gabled, stuccoed house with 1-story, vinyl-sided, gable-front ell on the west end of the facade. large stuccoed chimney on the front facade of the ell that features a decorative chimney iron. House has thin vertical 8-pane windows with brick sills. Roof is sheathed with asphalt shingles and there is a gable-roof dormer on the facade. A 2-bay, gable-front, stuccoed garage with board-and-batten siding in the gable is located northeast of the house. 2019: Down a long driveway; can just barely see the house from the roadway to determine that its still extant but can't discern if there have been alterations. Did not traverse driveway for photo. House was not recommended as potentially eligible per the 2000 WisDOT survey. |
