The farm encompassed 80 acres and was owned in 1903 by Z. DeGreef. It remained in the family until 1958, and was owned in 1936 by George DeGreef and in 1952 and 1958 by Henry DeGreef.

Also on the property are two wooden barns (AHI 120312); a concrete silo; and a metal pole barn.
