Additional Information: | 2000- 1 1/2-story, frame, Colonial Revival house appears to have been built ca. 1935. Its side-gabled-roof, front-gabled dormers, six-over-six light windows, clapboard siding and broad endwall chimney are characteristic of the Colonial Revival variant sometimes called Cape Cod. The entrance has been moved from the the house to an enclosed breezeway between the main block and the garage. The roof is finished with asphalt shingles and its foundation is concrete. Te garage section is veneered with red brick. The house is a modest example of the Cape Cod variant of the Colonial Revival style, lacking in architectural distinction. |
