Additional Information: | A 'site file' titled "Washington Avenue Residential Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Resurveyed 2015. 2015- "This one-and-one-half-story brick Bungalow was constructed in 1926. It has a rectilinear footprint that is expanded by a one story open porch located on the east half of the facade. The porch has a front gable roof and is comprised of brick posts and brick knee walls. The front gable house roof includes a cross gable on the east elevation, and is pierced by a brick chimney stack on the west slope. Every gable on the house, including the porch roof, is clipped and features a jerkinhead. Windows are wood framed and rest on a concrete sills. The most frequent window type is one-over-one double hung. These are arranged in a string of three on the facade's second story. The first story of the facade has a three part window sheltered by a metal awning. The window configuration has a fixed center light flanked by adjoining one-over-one sashes. The primary entrance to the house is under the porch.
